How to apply Transcripts and Provisional Certificate at Anna University

Hi friends this is my latest update on how to apply for Transcripts at AnnaUniversity, Firstly my best wishes for people who are planning to study abroad, read the instructions that i have posted below this is the recent update which is posted outside AnnaUniversity transcripts office.
"Controller of Examinations, Anna University, Kotturpuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600025" find it in Google maps.

Ok if you have all the documents listed with you the process is easy, just bring the specified documents to 'The Controller of Examination' that is located second gate right side to Anna university if you are exiting from Anna University main entrance take a right and the last U-Turn on that road, after that take third left. You can see a white building few meters from the entrance just ask the watchman for transcripts office and he will guide you. That's it.

Now if you are a final year student or a passed out student without a PC(provisional certificate) or a Consolidated mark statement, its simple enter the white building ans go to C-20 "The Controller of Examination" with a request letter signed and sealed by your college principal, take a look at a sample letter shown below

Most important is a proof supporting that it's an emergency for example a letter from your counselor stating the deadline, the deadline is very important and it should be highlighted. You can also take a print out of the university site where they would have mentioned the deadline, take all these documents to the COE and he will tell you to get authorization from Additional controller, he will be in an AC room. :D Don't worry the COE will itself direct you. Get a sign and submit the form to your zone. Zone is nothing but the person in charge of your college everyone will be at C-20 room only.
